Upon Avon

Located in England’s West Midlands, Stratford-Upon Avon is perhaps the most famous for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare, the 16th-century worldwide acclaimed and famous writer. With its many parks such as the New Place Gardens, Stratford Parks, Avon Swan Reserve and Welcombe Hills, Stratford- Upon Avon has the greenery students love and enjoy. As expected being a birthplace for William Shakespeare, the town is rich in art. Alongside Shakespeare’s Birthplace Museum, it also has Anne Hataway’s Cottage, Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the MAD Museum and Tudor World. Holy Trinity Church is also a must go in the area being a famous tourist attraction. Bancroft Gardens and Falstaff’s Experience are unique places to visit in Stratford.
